A very annoying match-up, packed with plenty of harassment and deception. Good map awareness and use of the mini-map and sounds of the game are extremely helpful. Be careful of spam-able units like Attack Bikes, Scorpion Tanks and even infantry.

Whoever fires the Catalyst Missile and the Vapor Bomb first usually wins, so speed is everything here. You might be wondering, why shouldn’t I go Shadow Teams in this match-up? Basically because it’s automatic loss; since your opponent’s Attack Bikes and Raider Buggies will decimate your economy. If you happen to get Shadow Team rushed, move your MCV toward the blue tiberium as soon as possible.

My opponent is spamming a lot of infantry, what should I do?

Basically the closer you get to your enemy the better, that way if he is using infantry you can pop Shredder Turrets there, hopefully near the middle of map. Black Hands, Flame Tanks, Venoms and Raider Buggies also work well.

What should I do with my army?

First off, you'll have to stay active with it, never stand still and try to find openings to your opponent’s base so you can kill off some Harvesters. Also, consider using five or six Attack Bikes while the main groups follow each other’s units. Stealth Tanks can also play a major late game role in this match-up by taking out key structures and Harvesters.

The Tiberium Spikes

Get a hold of them always. Use a Black Hand to clear out garrisons, and then take it for yourself. Placing a Saboteur bomb on it in case he tries to recapture the spike is also a good idea.

The Catalyst Missile is vital in this match-up so fire it often. Each Harvester hit is an instant kill. Use the Seed Tiberium power early and often as well. The Tiberium Vapor Bomb is great for killing Tech Labs, but the Armageddon Bomber is fragile against Nod rocket attacks.
