　　Late game is where things can get very interesting, and since most games never reach into the full blown late game - its important to know how to manage this expensive and risky portion of playing CNC 3. If you make a stupid decision for your army, its likely to cost you the game.

　　Your basic composition of a late game army needs to be able to handle pretty much any type of attack that your opponent can throw at you. So you'll need the following capabilities in your balanced late game strike force

　　Anti Infantry - Units capable of dealing with Infantry, specifically Heavy Infantry

　　Anti Air - Units good at defeating en masse air attacks

　　The essence of surviving in the Late Game is to put together a force that can do all of the above while spending as little as you need to. This means choosing units that can do two or more roles. A good example of this can be the GDI Mammoth which can be a good meatshield as well as being suited for Anti Vehicle fighting.

　　Before we begin looking at the specifics. Bear in mind that the suggestion put in this guide are the "complete unit package" and therefore you do not need all of the units to win using these strategies. It is purely situational and you as the player will have to make a judgment on what you choose to spend your credits on.

　　Late Game GDI is without a doubt the weakest out of them all. So it does require more planning and forethought to come out on top. Here I will detail my opinion for a balanced army. Remember you will have to adapt it to the circumstances of the game so far.

　　Suggestion 1 - Heavy Armor

　　This composition is for when you want to roll over your opponents with a massed column of Heavy Armor. Essentially squashing everything in your path.
