小小煉獄中包含以下四種物品：磁鐵、螢火蟲罐子、玩具殺蟲劑和太陽(yáng)鏡。這些物品在游戲的各個(gè)階段都會(huì)出現(xiàn)，但要在游戲結(jié)束時(shí)同時(shí)收集并燒毀它們作為一個(gè)組合。此外，玩家在發(fā)送挑戰(zhàn)時(shí)需要注意點(diǎn)擊打開箱子以完成挑戰(zhàn)條件。

小小煉獄至少有兩個(gè)結(jié)局系統(tǒng)：一個(gè)是傳統(tǒng)的壞結(jié)局，包括來(lái)日方長(zhǎng)、死亡結(jié)局淪為玩物和半途而廢結(jié)局真相未了；另一個(gè)是真結(jié)局，即走向新生，這是游戲中被認(rèn)為積極的結(jié)局。此外，還有一個(gè)傳言結(jié)局，但這個(gè)結(jié)局并不是游戲的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)結(jié)局之一。
