Cities XXL Enhanced making Cities XXL better one fix at a time. 

Added fix for trading bug. Trading data is no longer reset when game is started! 
（修正貿(mào)易BUG，再也不會在游戲開始時重置）
Current release remembers whether the view options panel was opened or closed and remembers the last location that the views options panel was moved to. 

Future releases will save the state of other UI elements.
